I’m back at university for a summer class; and while that may sound like torture to some people, its actually what I love most about university. I love coming back, when classes are smaller, and you can fast track your degree with a simple class. I’m taking a World Religions course, and it is something I have been very interested in but I’ve never actually studied before. I’m going 3 afternoons per week, for 4 weeks instead of an entire 13 week course. I don’t know about you, but that makes more sense to me!
I’ve been using the course as an excuse to dress up and have some fun with casual clothes. Normally, I dress for uni in super casual pieces because as an art major, everything ended up with ink on it! But now my major is finished, I can wear my pretty clothes and not fear ruining them in the studio. I decided to pair this gorgeous new dress I picked up at the Plus Size Fashion Weekend Australia Curvy Clothes Swap (try saying that 3 times, fast!) which I picked up from the gorgeous Olivia from Wait Until The Sunset with my fave We Love Colors tights and some gold brogues for a comfortable look in the odd weather Sydney has been getting. I added a jacket (not pictured) for travel as the breeze picked up, but I braved the ‘hide your arms’ stereotype and it was very comfortable.
